Meet Linda Little
Linda Little is an executive, strategist, leadership advisor, author, coach, speaker, and former healthcare executive whose career has centered on one question: what allows people and organizations to thrive—even in the face of extraordinary complexity?
Trained as a critical care nurse and later serving in senior executive leadership, Linda has spent decades working at the intersection of people, systems, leadership, crisis, transformation, and organizational performance.
Her experience leading complex organizations shaped a deeper understanding: sustainable transformation cannot be achieved through strategy alone. Organizations are human systems. And human systems behave differently depending on whether the people within them are operating from survival, stability, or possibility.
That insight ultimately became part of the foundation for Orion Impact Partners and The Orion Way™.
Today, Linda works with leaders and organizations to develop the clarity, capacity, leadership, and environments necessary for people and institutions to flourish.
